Merchandise that is damaged in shipment may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please contact Customer Service at 1618 474 8103 or by email at support@pharellrx.com with a photo(s) of the damage within 48 hours of item(s) receipt. If you leave a voicemail, please include your order number, item description or SKU # of damaged items, and if you would like a refund or a replacement sent.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We are not able to accept online returns at physical store locations at this time.
